We are excited to announce that in addition to the two model homes that we designed for Golden Oak at Disney World, we currently have five custom homes on the boards that will be built there as well. One residence will be Italianate style with 10,500 square feet, four bedrooms, a detached guest house, and a Mickey Mouse shaped swimming pool.
Also under design are homes in Lake Butler Sound, Waterstone, Lake Drawdy Reserve, Casa del Lago, Winter Park, and North Carolina.
